Reminder: We recommend updating to the latest version of game.tv to explore new things you can do with it, enjoy improvements to the experience and expanded coverage for new games.  


You can register and play in a tournament hosted by your favourite club(s). To do this, you need to:

  • Open the "Tournaments" tab
  • Tap on the tournament you want to participate in
  • Read through the tournament details and click "Register"


The detailed steps in the following section will guide you on how to register for a tournament.


Note: This guide mainly covers Solo Tournaments. For Team (Duo/Squad) tournaments, check out this guide.

How can I register for a tournament?


Note: While the screenshots below show game.tv on Android, the same steps can be followed to register for tournaments on iOS too.


1. Launch the game.tv app and tap the "Tournaments" tab.



2. You will then see a list of tournaments you can register for. Additionally, you can also view other details such as:

  • Tournament mode
  • Participation requires Tickets or not
  • Tournament cost
  • Tournament slots


To proceed with the registration, simply press on the tournament you wish to participate in.



Note: For ticketed tournaments, ensure you have the required number of tickets. Otherwise, the "Register" screen mentioned below will be greyed out. To know more, refer to this guide and If you haven't followed a club, follow one before proceeding.


3. In the Tournament Registration page, read through the following descriptions carefully:


a) Registration Period
b) Tournament Details
c) Tournament Rules
d) Prize


Note: If there's a prize involved for winning, note that the details specify it takes up to 2 weeks for it to be delivered.



4. Once you're done, continue by pressing "Register" in blue below. 



5. There are two types of tournament registration screens possible:

  • "Solo"
  • "Duo", "Team" or other Squad-based modes

a. Playing as a Solo   


If you're playing as a solo in the tournament, you simply need to:

  • Tap on "Solo".
  • Fill in your IGN (In-game name).


Note: If you can't remember your IGN (IN Game Name), simply tap on the "How to find..." box as highlighted below. 



b. Playing as a Duo, Team or other Squad modes


If you're playing with a friend or with a team, you need to:

  • Tap on "Team".
  • Enter your Team name.
  • Fill in your IGN (In-game name).

Note: If you can't remember your IGN (IN Game Name), simply tap on the "How to find..." box as highlighted below. 



Note: Regardless of which option you chose above, the below Steps remain the same.


6. Once you're done, choose the "Register" button that will now appear blue.



7. The Tickets remaining pop-up will confirm your successful registration. Tap on "Sure, I get it.".



9. In the Tournament Feed, all the following required information will be displayed:

  • Team code (if applicable)
  • Tournament updates
  • Check-in & Start time
  • Match results
  • ID & Password for entering custom lobbies, and much more.



That's all folks! Play solo or as a team and dominate your opponents.
